Throughouttheday,therewillbetalks,demonstrations,paradesandothereventsshowcasingmanga,anime,fashion,martialarts,film,musicandotheraspectsofJapaneseculture,pastandpresent,aswellasretailstalls,artiststandsandagamesarea. HotandcoldJapanesefoodfromanumberoflocalretailerswillalsobeavailabletofestival-goers.
Thefestivalistakingplace at Sugden Sports CentreandZooNightclub,bothjustoffOxfordRoad, Manchester.
Thefestivalcomprisesadaytimeevent,runningfrom9amto7:00pm,followedbyaneveningcosplaypartyevent,from9:00pmto4am.
Thereisnoagelimitforthedaytimeevent,butanyoneundertheageof12mustbeaccompaniedbyapayingparentorguardian--thechildwillgetinforfree. Theeveningeventis18+only. Eveningticketsarenotavailable in advance andmustbepurchasedonthedayoftheevent.
