Organised by the Carlise branch of the Waterstones bookshop, Megacon is a sci-fi, manga, graphic novel and gaming convention being held at the Richard Rose Central Academy in Carlisle on Saturday 18 August 2012 from 1:00pm.
There will be workshops, panels, signings, cosplay, art and gaming competitions and a quiz with prizes, and stalls selling merchandise. Tickets cost GBP 5.00 and are available from Waterstones Carlisle.
