Organised by the Carlise branch of the Waterstones bookshop, Megacon is a sci-fi, manga, graphic novel and gaming convention being held at the Richard Rose Central Academy in Carlisle on Saturday 17 August 2013 from 1:00pm.
The event will include workshops, cosplay, art and gaming competitions, and stalls selling merchandise. Tickets cost GBP 5.00 in advance and are available from Waterstones Carlisle.
